According to the latest rumor launched by journalist Tom Warren, the launch of Fable on Xbox Series X|S, PC and Game Pass it could happen towards the end of 2025, more precisely between October and Decemberwith the release therefore likely to take place in about a year and a half from now.

Information to be taken with a pinch of salt
As you probably know, Playground’s action RPG was one of the protagonists of last Sunday’s Xbox Games Showcase, where for the occasion we saw a new trailer with gameplay sequences accompanied by a very indicative release period, set for a generic 2025.
The information shared by Warren was also reported on the pages of Insider Gaming, the newspaper of the insider Tom Henderson, who however specifies that at the moment he has not been able to confirm its veracity through his sources. In short, for the moment, don’t take this indiscretion at face value, waiting for the next updates on the game from Playground and Microsoft.
In the meantime we have discovered that Eidos Montreal, the studio responsible for the last two chapters of Deus Ex, is collaborating closely with Playground Games to complete work on Fable.
