What does Boca need to be champion next Sunday?

In an exciting championship closing with many contenders for the title competing until the last dates, Boca can consecrate itself as champion of the Professional Soccer League in Argentina next Sunday when it faces Newell’s for Date 27.

Ibarra’s team will travel to Rosario with the aim of being able to take another step forward in the fight for the championship, but with an eye on what happens with Racing, which visits La Fortaleza to play Lanús, and Atlético de Tucumán, which hosts their stadium to Unión in a game in which the Tucumanos should get all three points.

Despite the fact that the suspended match against Gymnastics remains (81 minutes to play), Xeneize will consecrate itself as champion of Argentine soccer by winning against Newell’s in Rosario if these results are met:

– Atlético Tucumán has to lose to Rosario Central at home.
– Racing has to lose to Colón.

Both meetings correspond to Date 25 in which, yesterday, Boca ended up defeating Sarmiento 1-0.

While Racing will face River in the Monumental and Atlético de Tucumán will face Defense and Justice in Florencio Varela.

The 2022 season of Argentine football is coming to an end and there is nothing better for the show than the tournament ending up defining itself on the last day, which is a day of pure emotion and suffering.
