The first investment of Annapurnathe new private equity vehicle launched by Luigi Berlusconi with H14 (his and his sisters' holding company Barbare and Eleonora) is in the 10.6% of the online tour operator Weroad. The curious thing is that Carlo De Benedetti is also a shareholder of Weroad with 3%. The entrance into Weroad from Annapurna occurred by initially acquiring 486 thousand 096 ordinary shares from Paolo De Nadai (president of Weroad), in addition to 90 thousand 100 “sherpa” shares from Fabio Bin and 86 thousand 750 shares from Erika De Santipaying a total of approximately 650 thousand euros: the securities purchased were all transformed into category A shares. Weroad has also just closed a capital increase of 18 million, also partly subscribed by Annapurna.
