We have been using Anker’s Space One Pro headphones daily for a month, headphones that promise a premium design, a noise cancellation advanced and great comfort. Let’s see if they comply.
Headphones are a whole world, and there are so many options on the marketwhich can be overwhelming, but what we are all clear about is that the best sound will always come from over-ear headphones. Although they have a big drawback, they take up a lot of space, which leaves you with very few options, either you carry a huge backpack or you have to wear them forever hanging from your neck, which is not comfortable and they also get damaged by sweat.
For this reason, one of the aspects that we liked the most about the Soundcore Space One Pro is its FlexiCurve structure, which allows them to be folded up to 50% of their size, perfect for carrying in the backpack in the included bag. What does not take away from their lightness and comfort, they can be worn all day. There is also a hard PU case that protects the headphones from bumps or scratches that is sold separately and that is, which is the one we are using now.
The Soundcore Space One Pro stands out for its four-stage noise cancellation system powered by the Adaptive ANC 3.0 algorithm and six integrated microphones. This technological suite allows the headphones to adjust noise cancellation automatically. We have tested them in the most common environments, in a cafeteria, on the train, on the plane and on the bus, but the latter was the only place where it did not work so well, and strange noises were filtered when activating the ANC, I asked Anker about it, and this was their response: “Technically, this phenomenon may involve the response time of the filter and the pickup characteristics of the microphone. It is a common problem in headphones of various brands. “We plan to address this by adjusting the filter response time in an upcoming app update to improve this issue.” Except on the bus, the ANC response was fantastic, and the noise cancellation was very good, and the problem only occurred once.
High resolution audio
Sound quality is another of the strong points of the Soundcore Space One Pro. Although it is always a subjective issue. They are equipped with triple composite transducers and a larger acoustic cabinet to achieve a rich, balanced sound, without distortion, even at high volumes. LDAC allows you to enjoy high-resolution audio, which is noticeable, especially in musical genres with deep bass. Although, as a negative point, Dolby Audio cannot be activated at the same time. We are not looking at high-end headphones, there are headphones with better sound quality, but obviously for a much higher price.
In general terms, the autonomy is among the highest on the market, 40 hours with ANC and 60 without it. If we also include its ultra-fast charging, which with just 5 minutes plugged in gets up to 8 hours of playback, which makes you practically forget about charging them.
For the price they have, €199, a bit high if we think about Anker, the Anker Space One Pro are very balanced, good ANC, excellent sound quality and unparalleled autonomy, it is not a high-end headset, but it is approaches him.
