All this is enough for Vox to request the indictment of Pedro Sánchez and four of his ministers: Maria Jesus Montero, Angel Victor Torresthe one from the Interior, Fernando Grande Marlaska; and the Ecological Transition and next vice president of the European Commission, Teresa Ribera.

Vox will request the indictment of Sánchez and the ministers for the crimes of organizing a corrupt plot, criminal organization, bribery, influence peddling and money laundering; although it will study if more can be added.
The party’s legal representative has acknowledged that Aldama “could have given more detail of the direct involvement” of Sánchez, but believes that “he has not given little” and what he has provided is enough to request charges. Among these issues he has pointed out the trip of the Venezuelan Delcy Rodríguez to Spain, business in Venezuela or the Rural Spain project.
