Before, he realized ten released in Yare III: Gustavo Albarrán, Luis Ocanto, Rafael Murillo, Luis Batista, David Sanoja, Elías Maíz, Carlos Enrique Chile, Cristian Pérez and Angel Moreno.
Romero also mentioned releases in the Las Crisálidas prison and in the Aragua Penitentiary Center, known as Tocorón, one of the main detention centers. For now It is unknown under what judicial measures these people are being released from prisons. and police cells.
Among those released would also be former mayor of the municipality of MarcanoNueva Esparta state, José Ramón Díaz, and the professor of psychology at the Central University of Venezuela (UCV) Salvador Rivera, according to the Cocuyo Effect portal.

“Family reunification” of 225 detainees
This Friday it was the Attorney General of Venezuela, Tarek William Saab, who announced the review of the judicial measures issued against 225 of those detained in the post-election protests in order to achieve “family reunification”which points to his possible release.

Furthermore, the releases occur two days after the death in custody of Jesús Martínez Medina, 36 years old of age, who had been detained since last July 29 in a police cell in the state of Anzoátegui.
Martínez Medina’s relatives have reported that he suffered from type II diabetes and have revealed that it was transferred to emergency due to a health complication. Martínez Medina was an electoral witness for the Democratic Unitary Platform in a polling station for the presidential elections.
