The Royal Spanish Football Federation has decided to postpone the Copa del Rey matches that the Valencian Community teams had to play this Wednesday.

This measure impacts Parla Escuela-Valencia and Pontevedra-Levante. In the case of the Che team, it already formally requested this Tuesday the postponement of the match corresponding to the first round of the competition, since it sees it as the “most convenient measure” given the inclement weather that has occurred in the last two days.

For its part, the Granota expedition could not take the flight that was scheduled for Tuesday at ten o’clock at night due to adverse weather conditions and in the current situation, travel must be avoided.

In this same resolution, the sole judge of unofficial competitions of the RFEF has established new dates for these matches. The Parla Escuela-Valencia will be played next Wednesday the 6th at 7:00 p.m., while the Pontevedra-Levante has been scheduled for Thursday the 7th at 8:00 p.m.

In a statement, the RFEF adds that “there is the possibility that, due to current circumstances, other matches scheduled for Thursday may suffer alterations in their markings.” On the other hand, we must remember that this Saturday at 9:00 p.m. the Valencia-Real Madrid match will be played at Mestalla.
