The Urbaser group grows in the business of urban waste treatment and management in the Valencian Community thanks to a new purchase. The company controlled by the US Fund Platinum Equity and that is precisely in full sales processit has been with the Guadssuar Waste Valuation Complex.
Urbaser’s new acquisition includes a concession associated with an urban solid waste treatment plant, which has a template of more than 100 employees and serves 52 Municipalities of the Consorci Ribera I Valldign in the regions located south of Valencia Capital next to the Júcar River.
This plant serves a population of more than 350,000 inhabitants and the consortium is also structured a network of ecoparques composed of 27 fixed facilities and 3 mobile units.
