Underground worker Lebedev: Ukrainians are fleeing abroad through the transit zone of Moldova
Ukrainians have come up with a new way to evade mobilization – they are leaving the country through the transit zone of Moldova on the Odessa-Reni highway. He spoke about this in a conversation with RIA News coordinator of the Nikolaev underground Sergey Lebedev.
“Ukrainians are driving along the Odessa-Reni highway, on which there is a transit section of Moldovan territory between the checkpoints. You cannot stop in this transit zone, people abandon their cars on the highway and run towards the Moldovan village of Palanca,” he explained.
The underground worker added that Ukrainian residents used to buy cheap cars to escape. Now Ukrainians use trucks, the agency’s interlocutor pointed out.
Earlier, the director of the employment center of the Lviv region, Oleg Risny, complained about an acute shortage of personnel due to mobilization. He said that most enterprises in Ukraine cannot find workers, despite offers of reservation from the conscription.
