Cash flow recorded in the 2nd quarter was US$ 328 million; company’s revenue was US$ 8.1 billion
Uber doubled its revenue and recorded a profit for the 1st time in the 2nd quarter of 2022. The company released its balance sheet with the results for the period this Tuesday (2.Aug.2022).
According to the data, the company’s revenue grew 105% compared to the previous year, with revenues of US$ 8.1 billion. The number of monthly users also increased compared to the same period in 2021, from 101 million to 122 million users.
As a result, Uber recorded free cash flow of $382 million, representing an increase of $780 million per year. The results demonstrate that the number of trips made through the platform exceeded pre-pandemic levels.

According to Khosrowshahi, the numbers show a record in the number of users and values moved with runs and deliveries. The company’s gross reserves show a growth of 33%, moving US$ 29.1 billion.
