The military investigation charged two arrested colonels of the Russian FSB, Evgeny Lobanov and Denis Karmanov, with receiving a bribe in the amount of almost 20 million rubles from the rector of the Catholic Church of St. Louis on Malaya Lubyanka in Moscow. This is reported by TASS.
