Two dead and five injured after ‘short chase’ with wrong-way driver on A28

A wrong-way driver caused a fatal accident on the A28 in the night from Saturday to Sunday by colliding head-on with an oncoming car. The driver of the vehicle the wrong-way driver collided with, a 35-year-old woman, died on the spot from her injuries. The wrong-way driver, a 30-year-old man, was also killed.
