Tumor, Zambelli (Humanitas): “Therapy side effects affect quality of life”

“New treatments for metastatic breast cancer have radically changed the treatment outlook in the last decade, but the side effects of the therapies affect the quality of life.” This was stated by Alberto Zambelli, associate professor of medical oncology at Humanitas University in Milan, during the press conference to present ‘Breast cancer and quality of life’, the campaign promoted by Aiom, the Italian Association of Medical Oncology.
