The temperature will rise further in the coming days and it is likely that it will be warm in summer for the first time this year on Tuesday, according to meteorologists.
Weeronline reports that it can reach 25 to 27 degrees in several places the day after tomorrow. To speak of a summer day, it must be at least 25 degrees.
Tomorrow it will be 21 to 24 degrees with lots of sunshine. It can reach 25 degrees in the warmest places in the southeast, which would mean the first summer day of the year locally. On Tuesday, the chance that the first regional summer day will be measured is much greater.
Around the beginning of May
According to Weeronline, we see the first summer temperatures on average around the beginning of May, although they were measured much earlier last year. Then it became 25 degrees for the first time on March 31.
From Wednesday it will be a little colder again. With temperatures between 14 degrees on the Wadden to 24 degrees in the southeast, it still remains on the warm side for this time of year. The cooling is accompanied by a few showers, but not much rain.
This means that the drought will become more acute in the coming week. The precipitation deficit is now just as great as in record year 1976, with 75 millimeters. In the next two weeks, that shortage could increase to 118 millimeters.
