It is not enough to prove something, you have to persuade to the men or raise them to it. That is why the initiate has to learn to say his wisdom, and sometimes to express it in a way that makes it sound crazy. F. Nietzsche.
All those who do policy they long to reach can; That's what they also talk about women with its empowerment; to power as a means to fulfill other desires, whether due to idealism or selfishness; or to power for power's sake, to enjoy a sense of courage and worth, which is granted by the can.
Note1: The Statelike all political entity, is a link of dominance of individuals over individuals, sustained through legitimate violence; that is, considered as such. For it to be sustained, it is necessary that the subjects abide by the authority that those who currently exercise it claim to have.
Note2: In the foundations of the legitimacy of a domain, there are, in principle, three types of internal justification:
First, the legitimacy of the enduring yesterday, the validity of a habit whose beginnings are lost in time, and the orientation of the individual by habit, towards its respect. It corresponds to traditional legitimacy similar to that exercised by patriarchs and princes belonging to the ancient heritage.
Second, the faculty of personal and extraordinary grace (charisma), strictly personal devotion, as well as confidence, also personal, in the aptitude for both revelations and for the heroic and other conditions of the leader, inherent in an individual . Such charismatic preponderance is what the Prophets had and also, in terms of politics, they have been used by chosen warriors, rulers for plebiscitary reasons, outstanding demagogues or heads of political parties.
Third, a legitimacy supported by a legal basis, which assumes the validity of the legal precepts, due to its objective competence based on the norms established in accordance with reason, rather in the orientation towards the fulfillment of the obligations established in accordance with the law; a domain inherent to the modern servant of the State and to the holders of power in their entirety, who exercise it in their likeness.
There is not the slightest doubt that, in the end, the obedience of the subjects is conditioned by compelling motives of fear of the vengeful spirit of the rich or of magical powers and of the hope of an earthly reward or in the afterlife; At the same time, there are many and very diverse interests involved.
Note3: Now, when the question arises of the reasons for the legitimacy of obedience, we always find ourselves with the second type of internal justification, the faculty of personal and extraordinary grace, charisma, the merely personal mastery of the leader that is resolved in the total subordination of the subjects to the charisma.
That is the concept of vocation, in its highest meaning.
In fact, surrendering to the charisma that emanates from the Prophet, the Leader in war, the Leader in strife, or the great demagogue in the Church or Parliament, means that such a figure is predestined to be a guide for men, in whom obedience is not due, precisely, to an established custom or legal norm, but to the faith placed in Him, who, if he does not turn out to be a miserable, ephemeral and boastful being, lives for his work and his work, and is his person and Its intrinsic qualities that attract the group of disciples, the entourage or the party.
In all times and places, leadership has been seen to emerge under one of two aspects: that of magician or prophet; that of the warrior prince, leader of the band or condottiero (ringleader or leader).
He who admires to the point that he crucifies those who do not share his admiration, must be included among the executioners of his party, and should not be shaken by the hand even if he is from his party. F. Nietzsche.
