Today we don’t vote, but we should have the right to do so

In these days of shared pain, outrage, disbelief, desperation and hopelessness, it turns out there are choices too. Not exactly here – understand the “here” however you want – but it seems that way. It turns out that, depending on the outcome of an election “there,” it could change our lives, our environment, our present and our future.

Well then, let’s vote, you will say, as I say. As those who lead political parties tell us on many occasions: to vote, to enjoy the “festival of democracy”, to write our future. Well no, it turns out that in these elections in which it would seem that our lives depend, which are also transcendental here and in the rest of the world, the majority of the supposedly affected population will not be able to vote because we do not have the right to do so.
