Three people arrested for breaking into a home to evict the tenant for not paying the rent

Civil Guard agents belonging to the Main Post of Candelaria have detained two men and a woman of 45, 71 and 44 years oldresidents of the municipality, as alleged perpetrators of a crime of breaking and entering and another of minor injuries.

The criminal acts occurred when the victim, resident of the homealerted the Civil Guard about an alleged crime of robbery with force at his home located in the municipality of Candelaria, which is why the agents immediately went to the scene.

Once at the home, the agents observed the broken access door to the home, as well as various clothing and personal belongings scattered on the public street. Furthermore, they were able to verify that the three defendants had indeed forcibly entered the home while the resident was there and that supposedly one of the accused would have attacked the victimcausing minor injuries, such as bruises and bruises.

According to the interview that the agents on site were able to have with both parties involved in the criminal acts, the reasons for the home invasion could be related to non-payment of housing rent object of the crime.
