And for the filling: 1 avocado, 1 lemon, 400 grams of cooked chickpeas, 150 grams of watercress, 1 tablespoon of ground garlic, a spoonful of ground onion, 1 teaspoon of smoked paprik , 1 teaspoon of turmeric, 1 cup of pistachios and a creamy natural yogurt.
