The document that is important to fill out correctly before the Tax Administration Service (SAT) is the Digital Tax Receipt over the Internet, better known by the acronym CFDI.
In this sense, according to the official website of the federal government of Mexico, the Digital Tax Receipt over the Internet (CFDI) is, in short, a electronic invoice that describes a good or service purchased, the transaction date, the cost and taxes corresponding to the payment of said transaction.
Since the data on the goods and services purchased by a taxpayer, whether a natural or legal person, is reflected in the CFDI, it is essential to take care to fill out the CFDI correctly.
It should be noted, at this point, that the CFDI endorses before the SAT the operations carried out by natural persons and legal entities, which is why it constitutes an essential element when starting the activities of a company.
