Cali and Medellín equaled this Thursday 2-2 in Palmaseca, in the last of the scheduled matches of the third date of the 2022-II League, pending the postponement between Bucaramanga and América.
With this result, Medellin could not get closer to the leader, Deportivo Pasto, who established himself at the top by beating Jaguares 0-1 on Sunday.
In Palmaseca, Medellín took the lead with a header from Adrián Arregui, at 20 minutes. At 81, Kevin Velasco, from a penalty, equalized after a handball in the area by Juan Guillermo Arboleda.
In a play with a double header in the area, Carlos Robles made it 2-1 for Cali, but in stoppage time, referee Nicolás Gallo awarded a controversial penalty, for an alleged foul by Agustín Vuletich on Felipe Pardo. Christian Marrugo scored at 90+5.
