In the category ‘Lego sets that have a good chance of being allowed to stand in the living room from your partner’, there is now a very successful Lego Vespa. The Danish brick supplier took the original Vespa from the sixties as a model to rebuild. You can order this pastel blue moped from your favorite brick dealer from 1 March.
The Vespa comes with a nice half helmet and a basket with a bunch of flowers for the luggage carrier. Under the hoods on the back you will find the motor and Lego places the spare wheel between the driver’s knees. A driver is not included with the Lego Vespa.
The designer about the Lego Vespa
“Working with the Vespa team to create this stunning automotive masterpiece has been an incredible experience. The set gave me the opportunity to go back in time and let my imagination run wild while designing, and we hope the experience for fans is the same,” said Florian Muller, senior designer at Lego.

Click all 1,106 pieces together and there is a Lego Vespa 35 centimeters long and 22 centimeters high in front of you. The only small drawback is that the Vespa does not form a nice set with the Fiat 500 from Lego, because it is 22 centimeters long and 11 centimeters high. On the other hand, it would be a very small model for the price of 99.99 euros.
