The agents have managed to dismantle nine indoor marijuana plantations in the Martínez Montañés and Murillo neighborhoods of the Polígono Sur
Second macro-raid in the Three Thousand Homes after the shooting with weapons of war last Saturday. Only forty-eight hours after that first cage operation carried out by the National Police In which three hundred agents participated, several specialized units have once again taken over the ‘hot zone’ of the Polígono Sur – Martínez Montañés and Murillo neighborhoods – this Friday with a hundred troops in a new action within the so-called ‘‘Operation Vulcan’.
This second device –although it should be remembered that ‘Operation Vulcano’ had simultaneous ramifications during the morning of Wednesday in Palmete and Carmona– had two main objectives: the seizure of weapons and drugs. And according to the first information provided by the National Police, they have managed to dismantle nine indoor marijuana plantationswhich it is worth remembering is one of the great evils that plagues the Polígono Sur de Sevilla due to the dangerous criminal world that it carries and the consequent power outages caused by illegal connections to the network for the strong electricity supply that these crops demand.
The National Police has shared several videos in which they show how the agents accessed several homes in the Martínez Montañés and Murillo neighborhoods. The drug traffickers had a strong armor on each of these floorswith the agents making great physical effort to break down these security doors. Inside, as seen in the videos, the apartments had rooms perfectly prepared for growing marijuana, as well as areas for rest and surveillance of drug traffickers.
