The gastronomy It is a great hobby for many people in our country. The variety of Spanish cuisine means that restaurants of all kinds have emerged and great chefs have been trained who have even placed their proposals among the best in the world.
In Spain there are 292 restaurants awarded with a Michelin star. Of all of them, there are 16 that have three stars and, among them, is Noor, in Córdoba.
The Michelin guide classifies it as «more than a gastronomic restaurantbecause behind every detail there is a multidisciplinary team that contributes its knowledge to bring out of the darkness the essence of that Córdoba, cultured and in a certain way magical, that dazzled since the Caliphate of Abderramán III.

Many people are dedicated to enjoying these places and telling about their experience. An account called Néctar & Ambrosía has various videos in which they rate some of the best restaurants in Spain, including Noor.
They tried various dishes from the Moorish menu: Andalusian crossing; khan curd, egg yolk, caviar, habanero chili and caparrón; spinach gelé, macerated oyster, sheep’s cream and green pepper; karim of toasted pine nuts and green apple with rasalnahout; natural shrimp, endive, caviar, joselito jowl, desert spices and PX vinegar; durum wheat pasta, smoked butter, chicken stock and squid; cured sea bass, anchovy, bottarga and pickled cucumber; steamed hake with pumpkin and vanilla; roasted and rested pigeon with roasted tomatoes, pâté and chile de arbol; neighborhood oranges with orange blossom, fried almonds and olive oil; and carob cake.
The rating of Noor restaurant
The bill was, for two people with water, three beers and two sweet wines, from 387 euros.
As for the site, they highlight the “Arab-inspired, cozy and modern atmosphere” and for this reason they give it a nine out of ten. They give the service a 10 since they say it was “impeccable”: «Perfect coordination and attention to the smallest detail».
They rate the menu they tried as “spectacular” since, in his opinion, “no dish is too much and they all surprise.” They highlight the fusion of flavors and textures with the culinary history of Andalusia.
Regarding the ranking of the dishes tasted, they say that their favorite was the pine nut karim, followed by the carob tart and the wheat pasta, chicken stock and squid.
It is for all these reasons that these diners left delighted with their gastronomic experience and give this restaurant a overall score of 9.5 out of 10.
