But, what is most striking is the candle that is blown on the cake in the video, since it is a number 3, and that is directly linked to the villain Mr. 3, who ironically has the power to create different shapes of wax.

Mr. 3, whose real name is Galdino, is a fictional character from the manga and anime “One Piece,” created by Eiichiro Oda. He is a former member of the criminal organization Baroque Works, where he held the position of Agent of the Organization in the “Earth” division (in Japanese, “Nanban-nin” or “南蛮人”). He is also known as the “Dandy of Baroque Works”.
