They expose the judge who tried to free 'El Panther', second in command of the Santa Rosa de Lima Cartel

They exhibit in 'La Mañanera' a judge from Guanajuato who tried to free to Fernando Emmanuel 'N' known as 'The Panther'second in command of the Santa Rosa de Lima Cartel.

During the 'Zero Impunity' section, the Undersecretary of Security, Luis Rodríguez Bucio, pointed out to Judge Jorge Quiroz Quintero that he was trying to free the alleged criminal leader.

'The Panther'was accused of attempted homicide committed against three agents of the Prosecutor's Office of Guanajuato and intentional damages to the detriment of the same institution.

However, Judge Quiroz Quintero considered that there was not enough evidence against the accused.

“Jorge Quiroz Quintero (…) immediately ordered his release for this criminal case, according to Judge Quiroz Quintero, the elements offered were not sufficient to prove the participation of Fernando Emmanuel,” declared Rodríguez Bucio.

However, 'The Panther'He continues to be held in Cereso 18 in the state of Coahuila for another crime.

It should be specified that Quiroz Quintero is the judge of the Single Court of Orality in criminal matters of the third region based in Celaya, Guanajuato.
