They differ on the realization of the party at Las Cabras beach in Escuinapa; they fear Covid-19 infections

Sinaloa.- In Escuinapa they maintain mixed opinions about the possibility of carrying out the Fiestas of the Sea of ​​Las Cabras 2022. Some people want its reactivation, others disapprove of this possibility since they assure that risk still exists in the presence of the Covid-19 pandemic.

“I do agree that the Fiestas del Mar de Las Cabras be held, because they have been two very hard years and the economy in our municipality needs to be reactivated, as well as sporting events. We hope that the Las Cabras marathon will also take place”, said Francisco Javier Durán Carrillo.

“I consider that the Fiestas del Mar de Las Cabras should not be held, because there is still Covid-19, the risk is latent and with these festivities where many people gather, there will undoubtedly be a resurgence of the virus in our municipality”, expressed Blanca López Fausto.
