According to the medium known as Deloitte, 75% of young people from generation Z have video games among their favorite hobbies, leaving aside social interactions or other forms of entertainment such as movies. In fact, a recent report indicated that the number of players in LATAM went from 63.7 million users to 75.5 million, this in just three years, specifically from 2019 to 2022. And when it comes to being lonely, Google reveals that a large percentage of users prefer to play as a team, either in the same place or through online play.
In another survey carried out by Youtube, it is mentioned that 57% of Mexicans surveyed have expressed the opinion that video games can be much more impressive than the movies themselves. In addition, 64% consider their fantasy worlds to be more immersive, this despite the fact that the glasses are not used in three dimensions, it is only enough to take control.
Finally, it has been recorded that users in Mexico use six hours a week for this activity, no matter how little they play, this includes times with school hours in between. During the holiday season, these hours are increased a little.
