Juarez City.- The Model Unit for Attention to the Crime of Kidnapping North Zone, of the Strategic Operations Prosecutor’s Office, in a joint operation with elements of the National Anti-Kidnapping Coordination, carried out the arrest of three subjects who were holding a young Guatemalan captive. They were detained by the Unit Model of Attention to Kidnapping Crime Northern Zone, of the Strategic Operations Prosecutor’s Office, in conjunction with elements of the National Anti-Kidnapping Coordination.
On June 8, as a result of intelligence work, it was possible to identify a captive home at the intersection of Caborca and Salvador Herrera Corral streets in the Chihuahua neighborhood in Ciudad Juárez, so an operation was implemented, achieving the rescue of a young man of Guatemalan origin with the initials CLAG and the release of 14 more people in mobility situations.
The kidnapped person, as well as the victims in a situation of mobility, were guarded by Brayan Alejandro RR, Daniel RH and Héctor Arturo SB, who were detained in flagrante delicto and placed at the disposal of the Public Ministry Agent for the possible commission of the crime of kidnapping. .
This June 11, the detainees were brought before the Control Judge, where the precautionary measure of preventive detention was imposed, indicating next June 14 for the hearing to be held in which it will be decided whether the accused will be linked. to trial for the crime of aggravated kidnapping.
