This young man was being sought by the Homicide Group of the Western Andalusian Police Headquarters in Seville, after having evidence that he crossed the border in Tarifa bound for Tangier (Morocco) shortly after the events occurred and, since then, his whereabouts were unknown; so he was immediately arrested.
In the aforementioned events, members of two families clashed, in which a 43-year-old man and his 21-year-old son, neighbors of the neighborhood of 3,000 homes in Seville, died as a result of the injuries they sustained. . They were a father and a son, the first died from the impact of a bullet and the second from wounds from a knife. Three other members of this family were also injured.
While on the part of the other family, two people were injured, one of them by a firearm in the back of the neck, for which he had to undergo emergency surgery and which affected his spinal cord. The detainee, who is not a member of either of the two families but who was a friend of one of them and was at the scene of the events at that time, was handed over to the Melilla Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office, with the Juvenile Court decreeing his admission to the Baluarte de Melilla Center for Juvenile Offenders, where he remains admitted to this day.
It was at 00:10 at night when 091 received a call from a neighbor warning of a real pitched battle on Victoria Domínguez Cerrato Avenue. Several people confronted each other with firearms and knives. The first information the agents received was that a woman had just kicked the couple out of her house and that this had dynamited the spirits of both their families.
