Guasave, Sinaloa.- Two days after the election of trustees and commissioners in Guasave, the Temporary Commission has attended four formal complaints for irregularities in the processinformed the president of said commission.
He added that so far there have been no difficulties for the aforementioned applicants to comply with the instructions.
Complaints
Julio Iván Villicaña Torres, alderman and president of the Temporary Commission for carrying out the Plebiscitereported that they have been very attentive to the development of the process, attending to each and every one of the candidates, as well as their structures that have formed towards the day of the election, and so far four formal complaints have been addressed for irregularities in the process, in addition to other complaints but only by phone.

“Four formal written complaints were filed, which were resolved in relation to the calls from the applicants and we have received nothing more than complaints by phone and via WhatsApp, whom we invite to submit the complaint in writing so that we as a commission can intervene ”.
He explained that they were mainly in the sense that some applicants made use of slogans or phrases of municipal administrations or political parties.
“One was due to a controversy over the look of a fence that was being disputed between two candidates and the other three were due to the use of phrases by the candidates related to political parties and the municipal public administration, in that sense they have been the complaints of the population”.
Villicaña Torres indicated that in order to proceed they need a candidate to complain directly that the conduct of another applicant is affecting him, or in his case, ex officio it would be on the issue of buying, threatening, bribing or giving gifts in search of to get the vote.
“In those cases, we would have to act ex officio… However, we have been calling for them to try not to engage in inappropriate behavior.”
Answer
The president of the Transitory Commission explained that in all the cases in which they have had to call attention to an applicant, they have received a good response.

“Those who have received calls for attention have complied, they have changed their advertisements, the slogans, in some cases even the design of their advertising and I think that in that sense there has been a good response from the applicants.”
