In the skills development axis, the report focuses on the trends of moving from traditional institutional structures to flexible talent stocks, and on the continuous development of skills to keep pace with technological developments, and developing leadership methods to include more comprehensive methodologies that focus on empowerment and emotional intelligence, and addresses supportive interventions that include launching transformation processes aimed at Raising the efficiency of institutional leadership methods and enhancing talent readiness for the future.
