The Samui Prosecutor’s Office, in southern Thailand, delivered the report this Wednesday in which it accuses Daniel Sancho of premeditated murder and concealment of a body. According to the EFE agency, the Prosecutor’s Office has maintained the same charges that the Asian country’s Police considered in the report it sent just a few days ago. The authorities made it clear that the murder, the subsequent dismemberment and the concealment of the body of surgeon Edwin Arrieta had occurred with premeditation.
“Daniel Sancho intentionally killed Edwin Arrieta with premeditation and buried, hid, moved and destroyed the body,” read the Police report, published by the program ‘Vamos a Ver’.
Meanwhile, the defense of the son of Rodolfo Sancho and Silvia Broncholo is working against time to try to reduce the young man’s sentence.
