The Supreme Court has endorsed the hanging of the LGTBI rainbow flag in public buildings during the Pride celebration, understanding that it is not a “symbol of partisan significance” nor does it “advocate any type of confrontation,” reports EFE.
The Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the Supreme Court has ruled that the Valladolid Provincial Council and the Zaragoza City Council did not breach the law that regulates the use of flags by hanging the rainbow in the interior patio, in the first case, and on the balcony , in the second.
