Los Mochis, Sinaloa.- The Sunday market from the city of Los Mochis, Sinaloa, wore practically empty this Sunday, April 17 at Easter holiday season.
Héctor Manuel Bracamontes, coordinator of the flea market, reported that sales fell between 50 and 60 percent less compared to the previous Sunday, and that the stalls had between 40 and 50 percent fewer bidders.
“It was horribly lonely. The turnout was very low.” She mentioned that this is because people are still out of town because they are on vacation or on the beaches.
