The staff of the TI Automotive company has given the approval of the pre-agreement reached for the ERE of extinction for the Taste plant and which were reached yesterday by management and worker representatives.
With 290 votes in favor, 9 against and 2 null votes, the pre-agreement for the ERE in this automotive auxiliary plant goes forward, which will finally be applied to 55 peoplewhich implies five fewer professionals than those initially contemplated.
Of these 55 jobs, a total of 45 correspond to direct labor, 13 people to indirect labor and two to the structural group.
The conditions agreed upon include a compensation of 33 days and a limit of 14 monthly payments. From now on, the volunteer submission deadline until November 25 before the Human Resources department by document or sending an e-mail.
The company announced at the end of October the need to present this ERE due to the drop in production. The plant is specialized in manufacturing of fluid systems for different vehicle models and automotive companies such as Stellantis, Audi, Volkswagen or Mercedes. Precisely, the loss of workload is the alleged cause for raising this ERE.
