In Pedralba, José Javier, 56, also disappeared. On October 29, he was driving with his daughter Susana by this town when they were surprised by the strong flood. For his part, Francisco Ruiz, 64, disappeared in Montserrat after saving his two 5 and 10 year old grandchildren on the roof of the car in which they were traveling.
