After the trailer presented by Sega on the occasion of the Summer Game Fest, Sonic x Shadow Generations has returned to show itself through a gameplay video published by IGN, in which we can see the battle with a boss and some sequences taken from a level of the Space Colony Ark.
The film, which you can find in the player below, opens with a fight against a gigantic boss called Biolizard. In the first phase of the battle, Shadow must avoid the energy spheres fired from the enemy’s mouth and take advantage of his moment of vulnerability to climb along his neck to reach the device on his back and destroy it. In the second phase, things get complicated, with the monster creating purple spheres that she can use as extensions of his body and to attack the player from a distance.

The rest of the video instead shows the level Space Colony Arkstaging a good variety of situations in terms of gameplay and in which we can also see Shadow’s Chaos Control ability, which allows him to temporarily freeze time.
