The Moskvich automobile plant has published recommended retail prices for the 2024 Moskvich 3 crossovers. Compared to cars of the 2023 production year, the cars turned out to be 64 – 99 thousand rubles more expensive (4.1 – 5.6%), site experts report “Auto Price” April, 4.
Thus, the minimum cost of the Moskvich 3 crossover produced this year is 1.66 million rubles, and the maximum is 1.87 million rubles. Cars from last year are valued at 1.59 million – 1.77 million rubles.
The Moskvich 3 crossover has only front-wheel drive and is equipped with a 1.5-liter gasoline turbo engine (136 hp), which can be paired with a 6-speed manual transmission or CVT.
In March of this year, the Moskvich automobile plant sold almost 3 thousand cars, including more than 120 Moskvich 6 liftbacks and about 90 Moskvich 3e electric crossovers. This result was the best since the start of sales.
Serial production of the Moskvich 3 crossovers started in November 2022; in December of the same year, its electric version, Moskvich 3e, entered the assembly line. The cars are built on the basis of Chinese JAC. In September last year, the plant launched the production of Moskvich 6 liftbacks. In the first half of this year, it is planned to begin production of the Moskvich 5 mid-size crossover, and in the second half the Moskvich 8 D-class crossover will be presented.
On February 13, the capital's automobile plant announced that in the coming months, small-unit assembly of Moskvich 3 crossovers and Moskvich 3e electric vehicles will begin at the Moskvich automobile plant. Cars will be assembled from more than 900 parts (with large-unit assembly – from 50).
