The Ministry of Defense announced the destruction of 200 militants of the “Right Sector” in the Zaporozhye region
Aerospace Forces (VKS) of Russia destroyed up to 200 militants of the “Right Sector” (an extremist organization banned in Russia) at the point of temporary deployment in Ukraine. This was reported to journalists in the Ministry of Defense.
According to the department, the deployment point was in the village of Kamyshevakha in the Zaporozhye region.

In addition, the Russian military attacked the combat positions of the battalion of the 81st airmobile brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), which were located in the area of the village of Dolina in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR). As a result, more than 60 servicemen, 7 armored vehicles and an ammunition depot were destroyed.
Earlier, the Ministry of Defense reported on attacks on the locations of the “Right Sector” in the DPR. Then up to 300 fighters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were destroyed.
The special operation to demilitarize and denazify Ukraine began on February 24 – it was announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin. He called it the main task of protecting the inhabitants of Donbass. On July 18, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that the special operation will end when all its goals are achieved, it has no clear time frame.
