The mayor of Penza, Andrei Luzgin, submitted an application for dismissal from his post of his own free will. It is reported by TASS with reference to the press service of the city administration.
They noted that Luzgin served as mayor of Penza for two years.
Earlier, the head of the Crimean city of Sudak, Igor Stepikov, announced his resignation from office of his own free will. According to him, there are no background reasons for leaving the post.
In addition, the mayor of Belgorod Yuri Galdun announced his resignation of his own free will. On Wednesday, October 13, his application should be considered by the Council of Deputies at an extraordinary meeting.
