The press secretary of the President of Russia urged not to believe the rumors and not to become victims of deception. According to him, it is necessary to carefully consider all the information. “No, these are ducks, it’s all clean ducks on social networks, and then citizens send each other and so on,” Peskov added.
Earlier it was reported that the first round of talks between representatives of Russia and Ukraine took place on February 28 and lasted more than five hours. The delegations agreed to meet in the “next few days” after consultations in their respective capitals.
In turn, the press secretary of the President of Russia said that Moscow has reason to believe that the Ukrainian side is deliberately delaying the start of bilateral negotiations.
