The Russian authorities will move on to tough measures in the fight against COVID-19 if the infrastructure cannot cope with the flow of patients. This condition was called by the representative of the Kremlin Dmitry Peskov, writes RBC.
According to the press secretary of the Russian president, over the past two years, the country has gained a certain experience, the entire medical infrastructure has been mobilized. Currently, more technologies and treatment protocols are emerging, Peskov added, noting that this is not a “conditional line” after which the Kremlin is ready to take drastic measures.
Earlier, a spokesman for the Russian leader said that not being vaccinated against COVID-19 is irresponsible, “it kills.” According to him, in those regions where the situation with the coronavirus is approaching critical, the authorities will make decisions based on special powers.
