The Court of Instruction 19 of Madrid, which investigates the case of the boyfriend of Isabel Diaz Ayusofor tax fraud has partially upheld the appeal presented by More Madrid and the PSOEwho form the popular accusation, against their initial decision not to expand the investigation and has opened a separate piece to clarify the real links of Alberto González Amador with the Chiron Groupawarded by the Government of the Community of Madrid.
The Judge Inmaculada Iglesias rectifies its initial decision, at the beginning of last September, of not admitting the request of the popular accusation to expand the investigative crimes in relation to the businessman González Amador. More Madrid and the PSOE wanted him to be investigated for unfair administration and corruption in businessin addition to two crimes of tax fraud and another of document falsification.
The two left-wing parties appealed for reform and now the judge has upheld their appeal regarding the Quirón Group, a business giant awarded public contracts with the Ayuso government.
