The International Monetary Fund (IMF) warned that at least a third of the world’s economies will enter a technical recession next year, that is, they will have at least two consecutive quarters of GDP contraction. For Latin America, the agency expects it to face the impact of the tightening of global monetary conditions, added to the war in Ukraine and the effects of the pandemic.
