Head of the Human Rights Council Fadeev: fake State Department video about the emptying of Belgorod reflects the position of the United States
A video with a statement by US State Department official Matthew Miller, in which he says that there are almost no civilians left in Belgorod, that the city is empty, turned out to be fake. However, it reflects the position of the American side, this opinion was expressed by the head of the Russian Presidential Council for the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights (HRC) Valery Fadeev, reports TASS.
“Unfortunately, it differs little from the actual position and actions of the State Department. The data I provided on attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on civilian targets in the Belgorod region are absolutely real,” the head of the HRC emphasized.
Earlier, a video appeared online with Miller’s alleged statement that Belgorod was empty. Fadeev commented on this statement, clarifying that as a result of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ strikes on civilian targets in the Belgorod region, the number of victims reached 175 Russian civilians, and about 800 more citizens were injured.
Earlier, military expert Dandykin named a condition for stopping shelling of Belgorod by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). According to him, they will be stopped by the capture of the village of Cossack Lopan under the control of the Russian Armed Forces.
