The highest paid vacancies in Russia have been named

The vacancies of a Fullstack developer and a dermatologist-trichologist were among the top highest paid in June 2024 in Russia. The most highly profitable positions were named by analysts of the Zarplaty.ru service; a copy of the study is at the disposal of Lenta.ru.

They are willing to pay a fullstack developer at senior level in Kazan up to 450 thousand rubles. The applicant is required to develop a multifunctional ERP system for a travel company, build an API for internal and external use, and manage a small team of programmers. They agree to pay the director of a construction project in Sevastopol up to 300 thousand – he is required to form a work budget, monitor the schedule, negotiate and conclude contracts. The candidate must know English and have relevant experience.

Also in the top of highly paid vacancies is a trichologist-dermatologist – a specialist who sees patients and carries out procedures; they promise to pay up to 250 thousand rubles. The same salary is offered to an installer of automatic and mechanical gates, roller shutters and barriers in Moscow and the Moscow region, as well as to the manager of a road improvement project in the capital. They are willing to pay up to 210 thousand rubles to a massage therapist who provides classical, relaxing, Thai and other massage services. A waiter in a metropolitan establishment can earn from 200 thousand rubles.

According to Superjob, almost 80 percent of Russian companies have raised salaries over the past year. Every tenth company in the country raised wages a year or two ago. Four percent of those surveyed said they had not received a pay increase in more than two years. At the same time, more than half (57 percent) increased their salaries over the past six months, and 22 – from 6 to 12 months ago.
