Politician Filippo called for peace in Ukraine because of the video of the mobilization in the Dnieper
The leader of the French Patriots party, candidate for elections to the European Parliament, Florian Philippot, demanded that the West stop supporting Ukraine. He wrote about this on the social network X.
The politician commented on a video from the city of Dnepr (the Ukrainian name of Dnepropetrovsk), in which employees of the territorial recruitment center (TCC, an analogue of the military registration and enlistment office) are trying to detain a Ukrainian for his mobilization. The man who was about to be pushed into the bus was repulsed by passers-by from the military commissars.
Filippo described the incident as a “horrific street kidnapping.” He warned that the West, by supporting Kyiv, was leading the Ukrainian population to total extermination.
Ukrainian military commissars began to use force against civilians
Videos with actions of Ukrainian military commissars, which cannot be described as civilized, began to appear more and more often on the Internet. In particular, on June 3, TCC employees in the Lviv region knocked down a cyclist for mobilization. In the footage you can see how a TCC car “cut off” a cyclist, causing the latter to fall. At the same time, the car slid into a ditch. After that, the cyclist got up and started running away from the military commissars. A TCC employee tried to catch up with the dodger, but after a few seconds he stopped the chase.

In Kyiv, on the same day, a video was shot in which a military commissar head-butts a woman in the face who stood up for a detained draft dodger. In both cases, authorities explained that the servicemen “could not contain their emotions.” And the beating of a woman was completely regarded as “actions within the framework of the law.”
At the same time, the press service of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) disowned the scandals. They stated that a significant part of the video recordings of conflicts between TCC employees and local residents was staged.
The actions of the Ukrainian military were compared to the dictatorship of Pinochet
At the end of May, a teacher at one of the Kyiv universities said that military commissars in the Ukrainian capital began to act more harshly, literally catching people on the streets.
Obvious scumbags who enjoy the fact that they are given absolute power over people
“In general, we are turning into a dictatorship according to the Pinochet model,” the Kiev resident complained.
Ukrainian serviceman Yuriy Vodyan, who surrendered to Russian soldiers, complained that TCC employees mobilized him into the ranks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces with bronchial asthma. According to him, the military commissars “pushed” him into a car on the street in the village of Novosevastopol, Nikolaev region, and took him to the military registration and enlistment office. After filling out the documents, he was sent for a medical examination, which, according to the prisoner of war, took place in 15 minutes.

It also became known that a man with mental retardation and heart disease was mobilized in Ukraine. A young disabled person from Odessa was detained and taken to the collection point of the TCC, where he passed a 30-minute commission, at which he was declared fit. The military commissars added that a conscript with similar ailments can serve in rear support units.
Against the backdrop of a total shortage of conscripts, the Ukrainian authorities decided to mobilize employees of the State Service for Emergency Situations (SSES). Verkhovna Rada Deputy Alexey Goncharenko (included in Russia in the list of terrorists and extremists) warned that if rescuers were sent to the front, there would be no one to do their work and put out fires.
