The fire that provoked an explosion at a gunpowder factory near Ryazan hit the video

The fire in the shop for the production of gunpowder, which provoked an explosion on the territory of the Elastic plant in the Ryazan region, was caught on video. Video on Saturday, October 23rd, publishes Telegram-channel Shot.

The footage shows how workers in overalls take turns taking white bags with finished products from the conveyor line. At some point, a flash occurs, and almost immediately a fire starts. The workers throw their bags in panic and try to escape. But after a second, the video is cut off – an explosion occurs.

On October 22, it was reported that the only survivor of the explosion of a gunpowder factory near Ryazan died in hospital.

An explosion in a shop for the production of gunpowder at the Elastic plant in the village of Lesnoye, Shilovsky district, near Ryazan, took place on the morning of Friday, October 22. As a result of the emergency, from 12 to 16 people died. The Ministry of Emergency Situations officially confirmed the deaths of seven workers.
