The authorities of Kazakhstan are interested in a quick search for the perpetrators

Experts interviewed by Lenta.ru agreed on this. Sociologist and political strategist Pyotr Miloserdov believes that the authorities of Kazakhstan will try to quickly identify the perpetrators – real or imaginary – and punish them. At the same time, the expert is sure that Russia will not put pressure on Kazakhstan in the matter of conducting an investigation.

The investigation will be carried out on the basis of the motive “not to complicate relations with Moscow”

The head of the Eurasian Analytical Club, Nikita Mendkovich, agrees with Miloserdov. He also urged the authorities of Kazakhstan to draw “big and serious” conclusions from what happened in matters of their foreign and domestic policy. Mendkovic also stressed that violence against civilians often took place during protests. As an example, he cited many who died during cases of looting, violence against law enforcement officers, passers-by killed by ricochets and stray bullets during shootouts between protesters and the army.

Unfortunately, this is part of a tragic stage in the history of modern Kazakhstan.
