Candidate of Economic Sciences, lawyer Valentina Mitrofanova said that the labor market in Russia now has many vacancies and requests that do not require special qualifications, and you can find a part-time job without gaining new knowledge.
In conversation with Pravda.Ru the specialist noted that there is an increase in the vacancies of a courier for the delivery of products. She also pointed to the shortage of personnel in the retail sector.
“No retraining, no training is required, that is, briefing is carried out on the spot and, in fact, a person gets up to the counter,” the economist explained.
Mitrofanova pointed out that a higher qualification of the applicant is required in companies with a different level of wages.
She added that jobs that can be learned very quickly are now scarce. Many employers, due to the current situation in the labor market, are more likely to look for qualified people with experience.
According to the economist, some companies provide internal training, for example, in call centers and banks.
The lawyer also named the most popular areas for additional earnings and noted that there are vacancies in almost every area. She pointed to a wide range of vacancies in the field of IT – from simple work in the field of information technology to the most complex software development. Also required are specialists in engineering, sales, manufacturing, transport, household and service industries.
